Free has no time limit and needs no card: you keep 85% of every sale. On Pro, you keep 99.01%. The fees already include Mercado Pago's fees, and the money goes to your own account.

With yearly Pro, you pay for 10 months and get 12. The system's required menus and the owner do not count toward the limits.

How does billing work?
Billing is per server: each server has its own plan, even when several belong to the same business. Pro is paid per period, one month or one year at a time, by card or another Mercado Pago payment method. It does not renew on its own: we let you know before it ends, and you renew by paying for the next period. The price that counts is the one shown on the confirmation, before each payment.
Who can use the free plan?
Available for 1 server per account, with no time limit and no card.
What happens when Pro ends?
If the server was on the free plan before, it goes back to free and keeps selling, with the free plan's limits. If not, the store stops taking new purchases and the dashboard becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Your settings are kept, and payments and deliveries already underway are completed as usual.
How do I renew Pro?
In the dashboard settings: you pay for the next period whenever you like, even before the end, and the new time starts when the current one ends. We let you know a week before the end.
How do I cancel Pro?
There is nothing to cancel. Pro does not renew on its own: if you don't pay for the next period, it ends when the paid one does, with no new charge.
